OUR STORY

God Has Been Writing this story all along

What began with a handful of families and a simple yes to God has become a church filled with people finding hope, healing, community and purpose in Jesus.
WHERE IT STARTED

A YES, FIVE FAMILIES AND A WHOLE LOT OF FAITH.

In September 2019, Pastors Josh and Allison Cody launched Hope Point Church with the help of five other families and a simple vision: create a church where people could encounter Jesus, find real hope, help and healing. Hope Point was planted through ARC, the Association of Related Churches, and from the very beginning, the heart was never simply to build a church service. It was to build strong, Kingdom families.
"Pointing communities to the hope of Jesus, one family at a time."
A LEGACY CONTINUES

WE DIDN'T START THIS PART OF THE STORY. WE WERE TRUSTED WITH IT.

Long before Hope Point existed, Pastors Patrick and Tina Norris were faithfully building LifePointe Church and serving families in this community.

In August 2021, LifePointe and Hope Point became one church. What could have simply been a transition became something much more beautiful: generations honoring generations, legacy making room for the future, and two stories becoming one. Hope Point continues to stand on their shoulders.  Today, we are grateful beneficiaries of seeds planted long before us—and committed to faithfully sowing for the generations still to come.
MORE THAN A BUILDING

THE STORY IS THE PEOPLE

Every number has a name. Every name has a story. And every story matters to God.
OUR LEAD PASTORS

JOSH & ALLISON CODY

Josh and Allison have served in ministry together for more than two decades. Both graduated from Victory College in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have spent their lives helping people discover a real relationship with Jesus and the beauty of the local church.

Hope Point is deeply personal to them—not because it carries their name, but because it carries the stories of people they love. Their greatest desire is to build a healthy, life-giving church that their children, and generations after them, will be proud to call home.
