False: Just Pray

In the series, Pastor Josh is taking some of the thoughts that we have been taught in church, that God never said and aren't found in the Bible. They are false. In Part 1, he brings to light these 2 statements:

1. "Just pray about it."

2. "If God wants it to happen, it will happen."

Both of these statements allow us to dismiss our responsibility and push it off onto someone else. Can you imagine what life would be like if we just prayed but had no action? Nothing would get done. This message will challenge you to see your faith and your responses a little differently.
